Hey everyone! I know that this was posted on our Twitter and Facebook this morning, but it's pretty much all I have been thinking about today (hence this blog post...)! U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker in San Francisco is going to electronically release the ruling of the Prop 8 case on the district's website today between 1pm and 3pm Pacific time. Proposition 8 banned gay marriage in the state of California only 5 months after it was legalized. This ruling will be the first federal trial decision on the legality of a gay marriage ban.
