EU Adopts Plan to Fight for LGBT Rights Worldwide

Yesterday Bay Windows published an article relating to the Council of the European Union's decision to implement a "toolkit" that would both encourage and defend all human rights for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people.
